2 degrees are not the best,I was with them,after the Contract I never went with them again too many problems I had with them,in the end they were rude to me and told me your always.complaining,but they stuff up on things,that never went right,my broadband it had too many problems with it

Hyperline is awesome, super transparent with how everything works and very patient with answering questions. You do need some amount of networking knowledge to get up and running, but even then you can hire people to set it up for you. Never had any hiccups, never been throttled, never been cold called about changing plans or anything. The dream isp for a techie like me.

Speeds as advertised, great support, supporting a local buisness, quick to respond, transparent about setup, tagged or untagged vlan, static ip, value for money, BYOD
Cons
BYOD means you need to know how to set up your own router, but there's services that will do this for you and once it's set you don't need to do anything.

Asked them a question about their plan details. It's been over 48 hrs. and no one has responded to that simple query yet. Makes one doubt the after sales customer service.

Sarah was amazing supporting me through the process & I certainly wasnt very knowledgeable on how it all works , her patience was next to none talking me through over the phone- most people would've given up on me!

Bit of a mixed experience. Internet down since midnight, called in the afternoon and the first lady I spoke to didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Cann't understand what I'm talking—had no clue about my issue and came across pretty rude, keep asking me what's my problem. But then I got through to another guy later, and he was super professional, patient, and actually helpful. Switched to Starlink to save a few bucks—big mistake. At first, the speed looked good, but the connection kept dropping, especially in bad weather. Worse, when I had issues, there was no real support—just a chatbot and endless emails. No one to call, no one to help.

After a few frustrating months, I came back to Primo, and I won’t make that mistake again. The service is rock solid, and if something goes wrong, a real person actually helps—often the same day! Lesson learned: cheap internet isn’t worth the hassle. Sticking with Primo from now on! ...read more

Awful service. Blake was a good rep to deal with, but the companies ethics are horrific. Avoid at all costs, many hidden charges that will bite you in the ass monthly. Was told $0 recurring monthly, got stung with a ~$200 bill. No refund, nothing. Avoid!
